Whole Wheat, Rye and Spelt Sourdough

Whole wheat, organic dark rye, and organic whole spelt flour are mixed together to create this unique and flavorful bread.

Using a method that requires 18 hours of fermentation, the bread develops strong sour, nutty and sweet flavors that come together perfectly once baked.
