A light and airy, Mediterranean flavored croissant. Filled with made-in-house cheese and topped with katafi. Once baked this wonderful Mediterranean pastry gets a drizzle of unique flavored syrup of rose water and orange blossom, which fills all the senses. Topped with rose petals and pistachio powder.
The dough making is a two days process — created with sourdough leaven and laminated with Isigny French butter 82%.
